Elastics Biceps Stretch Curl Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged.
  2. Hold an elastic band in both hands, palms facing up, with your arms fully extended in front of you.
  3. Keeping your elbows stationary, exhale and bend your arms at the elbows, bringing your hands towards your shoulders.
  4. Inhale and slowly straighten your arms, returning to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

  1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and place the elastic band under your feet.
  2. Hold the ends of the band with your palms facing forward, keeping your arms straight down by your sides.
