Dumbbells Goblet Star Lunge Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell with both hands, close to your chest.
  2. Take a big step forward with your right foot, keeping your chest up and core engaged.
  3. Lower your body into a lunge position, bending both knees to about 90 degrees.
  4. Push through your right heel to return to the starting position, standing tall.
  5. Repeat the movement with your left leg, alternating sides for each repetition.

  1. Start with a light dumbbell held close to your chest, standing tall with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Take a big step forward with your right foot, keeping your chest up and your core engaged.
  3. Lower your body into a lunge position, bending both knees to about 90 degrees.
  4. As you lower, keep your weight on your front heel and push through it to stand back up.
  5. While lunging, focus on engaging your quads by squeezing them at the bottom of the movement.
  6. Remember to keep your back straight and your shoulders relaxed throughout the exercise.
  7. Repeat the lunge on the other side, alternating legs for a total of 10-12 reps per set.
