Dumbbells Burpee Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended down by your sides.
  2. Bend your knees and lower your body into a squat position, keeping your back straight and chest lifted.
  3. Place the dumbbells on the ground in front of you, shoulder-width apart.
  4. Jump your feet back into a plank position, keeping your core engaged and your body in a straight line.
  5. Jump your feet back up towards your hands, landing in a squat position.
  6. Stand up explosively, lifting the dumbbells off the ground and extending your arms overhead.

Dumbbells Burpee Tips

  1. Start with a dumbbell in each hand, standing with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Squat down, placing the dumbbells on the floor while keeping your hands shoulder-width apart.
  3. Kick your feet back into a push-up position, engaging your core and glutes.
  4. Lower your chest to the floor, maintaining a straight line from head to toe.
  5. Push yourself back up, jump your feet forward, and stand up explosively.
  6. As you stand, lift the dumbbells to your shoulders, then press them overhead.
