Clubbel Two Handed Pullover Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the clubbel with both hands in front of your body.
  2. Take a deep breath in and engage your core muscles.
  3. Slowly raise the clubbel overhead, keeping your arms straight and your shoulders down.
  4. As you reach the top, exhale and begin to lower the clubbel behind your head.
  5. Continue lowering the clubbel until your arms are parallel to the ground.
  6. Inhale and reverse the movement, raising the clubbel back to the starting position.

  1. Start with a clubbel that challenges your strength but allows for proper form.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged.
  3. Hold the clubbel with both hands, palms facing down, and arms extended overhead.
  4. Initiate the movement by engaging your lats to pull the clubbel down and behind your head.
  5. Keep your elbows slightly bent and focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  6. Control the descent of the clubbel back to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of reps.
