Clubbel Pullover Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a clubbel in both hands at chest level, palms facing down.
  2. Take a deep breath in and brace your core.
  3. Slowly raise the clubbel overhead, keeping your arms straight and maintaining a slight bend in your elbows.
  4. As you reach the top, exhale and slowly lower the clubbel back to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the movement.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
  6. Once you have completed the desired number of repetitions, lower the clubbel to your sides and relax your arms.

  1. Start with a light clubbel weight to focus on proper form and technique.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and engage your core.
  3. Hold the clubbel with an overhand grip, palms facing down, and bring it to shoulder height.
  4. Engage your shoulders by lifting the clubbel overhead, fully extending your arms.
  5. Engage your lats by slowly lowering the clubbel back to shoulder height, maintaining control.
  6. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on engaging your shoulders and lats throughout.
