Clubbel Outside Pullover Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a clubbel in your right hand with an overhand grip.
  2. Extend your right arm out to the side at shoulder height, keeping your elbow slightly bent.
  3. Rotate your torso to the left, pivoting on your right foot, and swing the clubbel across your body towards your left shoulder.
  4. As the clubbel reaches your left shoulder, allow it to roll over your hand and grip it with your left hand.
  5. Reverse the movement, rotating your torso to the right and swinging the clubbel across your body towards your right shoulder.
  6. As the clubbel reaches your right shoulder, allow it to roll over your hand and grip it with your right hand, completing one repetition.
