Clubbel One Hand Clean Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and hold the clubbel in your right hand with an overhand grip.
  2. Keeping your back straight and core engaged, hinge at your hips and lower the clubbel towards the ground, allowing it to swing between your legs.
  3. As the clubbel reaches its lowest point, explosively extend your hips, swing the clubbel forward, and simultaneously pull it up towards your chest.
  4. As the clubbel reaches chest height, rotate your wrist and catch the weight on the back of your hand, allowing your elbow to bend slightly.
  5. Lower the clubbel back down between your legs by hinging at your hips, and repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
  6. Switch hands and repeat the exercise with your left hand to complete one set.

Clubbel One Hand Clean Tips

  1. Start with a light clubbel to focus on form and technique.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the clubbel firmly.
  3. Engage your glutes by squeezing them throughout the entire exercise.
  4. Keep your core tight and maintain a neutral spine position.
  5. Initiate the movement by hinging at the hips, not bending your back.
  6. Drive the clubbel up using the power from your glutes and hips.
