  2. Step your right foot back into a lunge position, bending both knees to 90 degrees.
  3. As you lower into the lunge, press the clubbel overhead, extending your arms fully.
  4. Push through your left heel to return to the starting position, keeping the clubbel pressed overhead.
  5. Repeat the lunge on the other side, stepping your left foot back and bending both knees to 90 degrees.
  6. Continue alternating lunges, pressing the clubbel overhead with each rep.

  1. Start with a clubbel held in a front hold position, gripping it firmly with both hands.
  2. Step back into a reverse lunge, ensuring your front knee is directly above your ankle.

  5. Drive through your front heel to return to the starting position, activating your quads.
