  1. Place the aerobic step in front of you, ensuring it is secure and stable.
  2. Stand facing the step with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed by your sides.
  3. Step onto the aerobic step with your right foot, ensuring your entire foot is on the step.
  4. Push through your right foot and lift your body up onto the step, fully extending your right leg.
  5. Lower your body back down to the starting position by bending your right knee and stepping your left foot back to the floor.

Aerobic Step Hand Step Ups Tips

  1. Start with a warm-up to prepare your body for the exercise.
  2. Place the aerobic step in front of you and position your hands shoulder-width apart on the step.
  3. Engage your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to toe.
  4. Step up onto the aerobic step with your right hand, followed by your left hand.
  5. Lower your right hand back down to the starting position, then lower your left hand.
  6. Repeat the exercise, alternating the leading hand each time.
  7. Focus on squeezing your chest muscles as you push yourself up onto the step.
