Aerobic Step Step Up Knee Arm Raise Instructions

  1. Stand facing the aerobic step with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Step up onto the aerobic step with your right foot, raising your left knee up towards your chest.
  3. As you step up, raise both arms straight out in front of you to shoulder height.
  4. Lower your left foot back down to the floor, stepping off the aerobic step.
  5. Repeat the same steps, this time stepping up with your left foot and raising your right knee.
  6. Continue alternating between your right and left foot for the desired number of repetitions.

Aerobic Step Step Up Knee Arm Raise Tips

  1. Start by placing the aerobic step in front of you and stand with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Step up onto the aerobic step with your right foot, driving through your heel.
  3. As you step up, raise your left knee towards your chest, engaging your quads.
  4. Simultaneously, raise your arms straight out in front of you to shoulder height.
  5. Lower your left leg back down and step down with your right foot, returning to the starting position.
  6. Repeat the exercise, alternating legs, for a total of 10-12 reps on each side.
