Aerobic Step Step Up High Knee Hold Instructions

  1. Place the aerobic step in front of you, ensuring it is stable and secure.
  2. Step onto the aerobic step with your right foot, making sure your entire foot is on the step.
  3. Bring your left knee up towards your chest, holding it in a bent position for a brief moment.
  4. Lower your left foot back down to the ground, returning to the starting position.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4, but this time step onto the aerobic step with your left foot and bring your right knee up towards your chest.
  6. Continue alternating between stepping onto the aerobic step with your right and left foot, while bringing the opposite knee up towards your chest.

Aerobic Step Step Up High Knee Hold Tips

  1. Start with a low step height and gradually increase as your strength improves.
  2. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and engage your core muscles.
  3. Step up onto the aerobic step with your right foot, driving your left knee up towards your chest.
  4. Hold the high knee position for a brief moment, focusing on contracting your quads.
  5. Lower your left foot back to the ground and repeat the movement on the opposite side.
  6. Perform 2-3 sets of 10-15 repetitions, aiming for controlled and balanced movements throughout.
