  2. Engage your core and keep your back straight as you press the aquaball overhead with your right arm, fully extending your elbow.
  3. Lower the aquaball back to the starting position while simultaneously pressing it overhead with your left arm.
  4. Continue alternating the shoulder press motion, pressing the aquaball overhead with one arm while the other arm lowers it back down.
  5. Repeat the shoulder press motion for the desired number of repetitions.
