  2. Extend your legs straight behind you, resting on the balls of your feet.
  3. Engage your core muscles by drawing your belly button towards your spine.
  4. Lower your body towards the floor by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your sides.
  5. Continue lowering until your chest is just above the multinet handles.
  6. Push through your palms to extend your arms, raising your body back to the starting position.

  1. Position your hands slightly narrower than shoulder-width apart on the multinet handles.
  2. Engage your core muscles by tightening your abs and glutes throughout the exercise.
