Flowin Push-up Instructions

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands on the flowin discs, shoulder-width apart.
  2. Engage your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to toe.
  3. Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your sides.
  4. Push through your hands and extend your arms to raise your body back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement, focusing on using your chest, shoulders, and triceps to perform the push-up.
  6. Continue performing the flowin push-up for your desired number of repetitions.

Flowin Push-up Tips

  1. Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders.
  2. Engage your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Lower your chest towards the floor by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your body.
  4. Push through your palms to extend your arms and return to the starting position.
  5. Focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together as you push up to engage your chest and triceps.
  6. Perform the exercise in a controlled manner, maintaining proper form throughout the movement.
