  1. Stand facing the rig with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Reach up and grab the neutral grip handles with both hands.
  3. Hang from the handles, fully extending your arms and keeping your body straight.
  4. Engage your core and pull your body up towards the handles, bending your elbows.
  5. Continue pulling until your chin is above the handles.
  6. Lower your body back down to the starting position, fully extending your arms.

  1. Start by gripping the neutral handles with your palms facing each other, ensuring a shoulder-width grip.
  2. Engage your core and retract your shoulder blades before initiating the pull-up movement.
  3. Focus on pulling through your elbows, driving them down and back to engage your lats effectively.
  4. Keep your chest up and avoid using momentum or swinging to maintain strict form throughout the exercise.
  5. Control the descent, resisting the urge to drop down quickly, to maximize the time under tension for your lats.
  6. Gradually increase the intensity by adding weight or performing more reps as you progress to continue challenging your lats.
