  2. Engage your core and pull your shoulder blades down and back.
  3. Bend your knees slightly and jump up, using your legs to assist in pulling your chin above the bar.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.

Rig Pull Up Feet Assisted Tips

  1. Start by adjusting the rig’s bar to a height that allows your feet to rest on the ground while hanging.
  2. Grab the bar with an overhand grip, slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, and keep your arms fully extended.
  3. Engage your core muscles and focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together to activate your lats.
  4. Slowly pull yourself up by bending your elbows, while keeping your body straight and avoiding swinging or kipping.
  5. As you reach the top, pause for a moment and squeeze your lats even harder before lowering yourself back down.
  6. Control the descent by resisting gravity and maintaining tension in your lats throughout the movement.
  7. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions, aiming for quality over quantity to maximize lat engagement.
