  3. Bend both knees to approximately 90 degrees, ensuring your front knee stays directly above your ankle.
  4. Push through your front heel to return to the starting position, bringing your right foot back to meet your left.
  5. Repeat the movement, this time stepping back with your left foot.
  6. Continue alternating legs, performing the exercise in a controlled and fluid motion.
