  2. Engage your core and keep your chest lifted as you slowly lower into a squat, bending your knees and hips.
  3. As you descend, maintain control and keep your right arm extended, holding the clubbel steady on your shoulder.
  4. Lower until your thighs are parallel to the ground, ensuring your knees are aligned with your toes.
  5. Push through your heels and engage your glutes and quads to rise back up to the starting position.
  6. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions, then switch the clubbel to your left hand to work the other side.
