Hydrovest Klok Lunges Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, wearing the hydrovest securely.
  2. Take a step forward with your right foot, bending your right knee to a 90-degree angle.
  3. Lower your body until your left knee almost touches the ground, keeping your torso upright.
  4. Push through your right heel to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the lunge with your left leg, alternating legs for each repetition.

Hydrovest Klok Lunges Tips

  1. Start by adjusting the hydrovest to a comfortable weight, challenging but not overwhelming.
  2. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, toes pointing forward, and engage your core.
  3. Take a big step forward with your right leg, lowering your body until your right thigh is parallel to the floor.
  4. Push through your right heel and return to the starting position, squeezing your glutes at the top.
  5. Repeat the lunge on the left side, focusing on keeping your chest lifted and your back straight.
  6. As you lunge, make sure to engage your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves by pushing through your heels.
  7. Perform 3 sets of 10-12 lunges on each leg, gradually increasing the weight of the hydrovest as you progress.
