Exercise Ball Calf Raise Instructions

  1. Place an exercise ball against a wall and stand with your feet hip-width apart in front of the ball.
  2. Position the ball against the wall between your lower back and the wall, keeping your hands on your hips for balance.
  3. Raise your heels off the ground, shifting your weight onto the balls of your feet.
  4. Slowly lower your heels back down, allowing them to touch the ground.
  5. Repeat the movement, raising and lowering your heels in a controlled manner.
  6. Continue performing the calf raises for the desired number of repetitions.

Exercise Ball Calf Raise Tips

  1. Place an exercise ball against a wall and stand with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Position the ball against the lower part of your calves, just above the ankles.
  3. Engage your core and slowly raise your heels off the ground, lifting your body onto your toes.
  4. Hold the raised position for a second, then lower your heels back down to the starting position.
  5. Focus on squeezing your calves throughout the movement to maximize engagement.
  6. Perform 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions, gradually increasing the weight or difficulty over time to continue challenging your calves.
