  1. Stand in front of the aerobic step with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Place the balls of your feet on the edge of the step, with your heels hanging off.
  3. Engage your core and lift your heels off the ground, rising up onto your tiptoes.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, feeling the stretch in your calf muscles.
  5. Slowly lower your heels back down, returning to the starting position.
  6. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

  1. Start by standing with your toes on the edge of the aerobic step, heels hanging off.
  2. Raise your heels as high as possible, using your calf muscles to lift your body.
  3. Hold the raised position for a moment, feeling the stretch in your calves.

  5. Repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on engaging your calves.
