Sandbag Burpee Power Clean Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a sandbag in front of you with an overhand grip.
  2. Squat down, keeping your back straight and your core engaged, until the sandbag touches the ground.
  3. Jump your feet back into a plank position, with your hands still on the sandbag.
  4. Perform a push-up, lowering your chest to the sandbag and then pushing back up.
  5. Jump your feet forward, bringing them back to the starting position.
  6. Stand up explosively, using your legs and hips to lift the sandbag off the ground and bring it up to your shoulders.

Sandbag Burpee Power Clean Tips

  1. Start in a standing position, holding the sandbag with an overhand grip.
  2. Lower into a squat position, engaging your quads and glutes.
  3. Place the sandbag on the ground and kick your feet back into a push-up position.
  4. Perform a push-up, keeping your core tight and back straight.
  5. Jump your feet back towards your hands and explosively lift the sandbag up to your chest, using your quads and glutes.
  6. Stand up, extending your hips and knees, and repeat the exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
