Burpee Jump Far Push-up Instructions

  1. Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend your knees and lower your body into a squat position, placing your hands on the floor in front of you.
  3. Jump your feet back, extending your legs behind you into a plank position.
  4. Perform a push-up by bending your elbows and lowering your chest towards the floor.
  5. Push through your hands to extend your arms and return to the plank position.
  6. Jump your feet forward, returning to the squat position.
  7. From the squat position, explosively jump up, reaching your arms overhead.

  1. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart, engage your core.
  2. Squat down and place your hands on the floor, shoulder-width apart.
  3. Kick your feet back into a push-up position, keeping your body straight.
  4. Lower your chest to the ground, engaging your chest muscles.
  5. Push through your chest to lift yourself up, explosively jump your feet forward.
  6. Land softly and immediately jump as high as you can, engaging your quads.
